IT'S NOT BAD

can we swim this moment of year in sea in marmaris?

Marmaris at this time of the year is vey pleasant its not to hot and its not to cold however towards the second week in june ( Haziran ) the temperature will start to climb.

We have visited Marmaris for the past 12 yr or so twice a year and have not tired of the lovely people places and swimming pools.

Last year they started banning the restraunts ( Locanta ) from hassling if they got caught they were closed down for 3 days if they got caught a second time  shut for a week and if they got caught a 3rd time then they were shut down for the season. This is one of the main gripes of people visiting any of the med countries not being able to walk with out being hassled, this has gone a long way to make Marmaris acceptable to many. Although most of the time i have never been bothered by it as we are there more often than not , i think most locals think we live there oh happy days

im visiting marmaris for the first time tomorrow and i was shocked to see the wetaher as i was told it wouldnt probably go over 30 now worried :S but v excited

What's the weather like at the end of Septembre? Is the sea temperature O.K. for swimming?
