IT'S NOT BAD

can we swim this moment of year in sea in marmaris?

Marmaris at this time of the year is vey pleasant its not to hot and its not to cold however towards the second week in june ( Haziran ) the temperature will start to climb.

We have visited Marmaris for the past 12 yr or so twice a year and have not tired of the lovely people places and swimming pools.

Last year they started banning the restraunts ( Locanta ) from hassling if they got caught they were closed down for 3 days if they got caught a second time  shut for a week and if they got caught a 3rd time then they were shut down for the season. This is one of the main gripes of people visiting any of the med countries not being able to walk with out being hassled, this has gone a long way to make Marmaris acceptable to many. Although most of the time i have never been bothered by it as we are there more often than not , i think most locals think we live there oh happy days

im visiting marmaris for the first time tomorrow and i was shocked to see the wetaher as i was told it wouldnt probably go over 30 now worried :S but v excited

What's the weather like at the end of Septembre? Is the sea temperature O.K. for swimming?

me and my boyfriend are going to turkey on saturday im sooo excited but will it be hot i really want a tan wooop!

went to turkey last year end of augs....very hot but it woz great an the kidz loved it.....off to marmarus in8 dayz time....cant wait,,

i have not long been back from marmaris and the weather was fab i have been to marmaris 5 times and now and i have had a fantastic time every visit the people are friendly and they make your stay very enjoyable. cant wait for next year.

I am going to Marmaris in April with my family and children, I hope it will be nice and hot? We just want sunshine :)

Hubby and I going also in April.  After the winter we have had not too bothered about it being really hot I will be glad just to have a bit of sun and not have to put several layers of clothes on to keep warm.

im going to marmaris in 12th of april and agree with fitfran not to bothered as winter being so cold all the way at top of scotland but some sun will b nice lol

we are going Marmaris on friday Steph. It's average of 25. Which is about like a hot day here in UK. Last time we went though we had a few warm cloudy days and one day of a MASSIVE rain shower. One minute beautiful sun, then the rain came from nowhere. The rest of the hol was gorgeous though x

hello i am going to marmaris in mid june and wondering if anyone who has been at that time knows what the weather is going to be like??.. got loads planned so hoping for sunshine!
